BCAS Campus hosted its 7th ICMR Research Symposium on the 20th of December 2022 at 8.30am to 5.00pm, chaired by Dr. Susil Kumara Silva (PhD in Mgt (USJ), MBA (Buckinghamshire New University), MSc in HRM (UC), CEO & Executive director BCAS Campus and Dr Mihira Wanninayake (Ph.D. (Nanotech, UoP) M.Sc. (Nanotech, UoP) M.Sc. (Med. Phys) Head School of Health Science, BCAS as the conference secretary.

The event was graced by Ms. Manori Unambuwe (Former Ambassador at Embassy of Sri Lanka in Germany | Founder/CEO Accentae Consulting | Ambassador for AsiaBerlin) as the chief guest who shared her knowledge and experience on “Research and Innovation “. Her address was then followed by the keynote speech by Prof. Ranjith Dissanayake (PhD (Ehime University, Japan), MEng (Ehime University, Japan), BScEng (University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka) senior Professor of Civil Engineering of the University of Peradeniya which was on “Green Sustainability and entrepreneurship “, which was followed by a panel discussion featuring Dr. Sameera Maheepala (PhD in Management (USJ), BScEng( UoM), Dr. Anuradha Iddagoda (PhD in HRM (USJ), MBA-HR (PIM-USJ), MIT (Charles Sturt-Aus) Mr . Kuganathan  MSc( IT consultancy) (London Guildhall University, UK and moderated Dr. Chamara De soysa (Senior Lecturer, Clinical Embryologist, Public Speaker, Business Consultant, Entrepreneur, and Corporate Trainer)

The proceedings of the conference was launched online and 80 research papers were presented during the technical sessions.
